Dinner on Sunday will be held at local restaurant Genovese and will cost $23/person (before tax, a mandatory 20% gratuity, and any drinks you order). We will not pay for this meal or deduct it from your stipend, so you will be expected to pay on your own. However, we need to provide entree counts ahead of time, so please make your entree selection below. In addition to your entree selection, it will come with: Crispy Zucchini Chips with Italian Parsley & Coarse Sea Salt; Mixed Greens with Seasonal Vegetables & Red Wine Vinegar; and House Made Seasonal Ravioli with Tomato Sauce and Fresh Thyme. If you have an ALLERGY that would prohibit you from ordering one of the options below, please check the last box so we can be in touch with you and the restaurant to make a special arrangement.
Please select ONE SANDWICH and ONE DESSERT option. All sandwiches are served on multigrain wheat bread and will come with chips and a pickle. If you are gluten-free, please indicate your meat or vegetable preference AND the "gluten-free" button to opt for gluten-free -bread and cookie.

If you have an ALLERGY that prohibits you from choosing between these two entrees, please check the last button so we can be in touch with you and the restaurant to make an alternative selection.
Please let us know if you would like to be included in the list of participants interested in having a roommate for the duration of the workshops.
If you selected "yes" to the previous question, please provide an email address and phone number other participants may reach about sharing a hotel room.
